Terms & Conditions

1. Full Advance Payment
All orders must be paid in full (100%) before production begins. Work on any item will only start after the complete payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Handcrafted Nature of the Products
All our products are handmade. This means that natural variations may occur from one piece to another in terms of:

• Color shades
• Patterns
• Mother-of-pearl distribution
• Fine details 

Slight differences between the final product and the displayed photos are normal and are considered part of the artistic value of handcrafted work. Images are for reference only and are not an exact industrial copy.

3. No Cancellation After Production Starts
Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Return & Refund Policy
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in exceptional cases with a valid and clear reason, such as:

• Major manufacturing defects
• Serious damage during shipping (documented with photos)
• Significant mismatch with the agreed specifications

Minor differences resulting from handmade craftsmanship do not qualify as defects.

5. Refund Deduction in Case of Approved Returns
If a return is exceptionally approved, the client will receive only 50% of the total paid amount.
The remaining 50% is retained to cover:

• Materials cost
• Handcraft labor
• Production time
• Re-handling and resale losses

6. Customized Orders Are Non-Refundable
Any order that includes:

• Names or personal texts
• Dates
• Special messages
• Custom sizes
• Design modifications

Is considered a customized order and is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

7. Estimated Production Time
Production timelines are approximate and may vary due to:

• Handcrafting processes
• Availability of raw materials
• Workload and seasonal demand

Minor delays are normal and do not justify order cancellation or compensation.

8. Shipping Responsibility
Once the order is handed over to the shipping company:

• Transportation responsibility shifts to the courier
• We will fully assist in tracking and claim procedures
• However, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by external logistics handling

9. Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Slight differences in color between images and the real product may occur due to:

• Lighting conditions
• Screen settings
• Photography variations

This is not considered a defect.

10. Design Approval Before Production
Clients are entitled to request one minor design adjustment before production begins (if the order is not fully customized).
Once final approval is given, production starts and no further changes can be made.

11. Product Care Responsibility
Handcrafted products require special care.
Any damage caused by:

• Improper handling
• Inappropriate storage
• Exposure to moisture, heat, or harsh conditions

Is not covered by any return or refund policy.

12. Professional Packaging
All items are carefully packed using protective and professional packaging methods suitable for fine handcrafted art pieces and international shipping standards.

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Political or security conditions
• Supply shortages
• Transportation disruptions
• Natural events

In such cases, production schedules may be adjusted without compensation obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not responsible for any:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential damages
• Business or personal losses caused by external delays

15. Respectful Communication
We believe our relationship with clients is a creative partnership.
We commit to professional and respectful communication and expect the same mutual respect in return.

16. Use of Product Images
We reserve the right to photograph completed products and use the images for:

• Portfolio presentation
• Documentation
• Marketing purposes

While respecting client privacy and without disclosing personal information.

17. Artistic Value Recognition
By purchasing, the client acknowledges that the product is:

• A handcrafted artistic piece
• Not an industrially mass-produced item
• Unique by nature, carrying its own identity and artistic character

18. Human Flexibility in Exceptional Cases
Despite all stated terms, we reserve the right to show goodwill and flexibility in rare and special circumstances when possible, as our goal is to build long-term trust and satisfaction.

19. Acceptance of Terms
Completing the payment confirms that the client has read, understood, and fully accepted all the above Terms & Conditions without exception.
